See Clearly. Diagnose What Matters. Make Your Next Move.
An evidence-informed change framework for moving from awareness to action without reducing every problem to motivation or discipline.
The Nine
SEE
See what is actually happening.
UNDERSTAND
Make sense of the facts and patterns.
DIAGNOSE
Identify the likely barrier before prescribing a solution.
ACCESS
Identify the resources, information, opportunity, or support needed.
ACT
Take one feasible next action.
MEASURE
Check what actually happened.
ADAPT
Use the evidence to adjust the plan.
REPEAT
Repeat what works and keep learning.
BECOME
Build durable patterns, capability, and identity over time.
KNOW → CAN → WILL → DID
Before calling something a discipline problem, ask: Do I know the next action? Can I do it under the real conditions? Will I do it given motivation, fear, competing rewards, and agency? Did the intended behavior actually happen?
Diagnose before you prescribe.
Don’t quit before you diagnose. A Blind Truth diagnosis is a working hypothesis. Action creates evidence; evidence improves the next diagnosis.
ACTION → RESULT → EVIDENCE → DIAGNOSIS → ADAPTATION → NEW ACTION
The Four Forces
Agency
Belief, choice, persistence, and the ability to adapt.
Environment
The physical and functional conditions around the person.
Resources
Money, time, tools, information, access, and capacity.
Relationships
Support, expectations, networks, accountability, and opportunity.
The Four Pillars
Spiritual • Physical • Mental • Financial. The Pillars describe where the Method is applied. They are not additional steps in The Nine.
Reset → Learn → Work It → Navigate

No finish line. Just forward.
The goal is not perfect execution. It is better evidence, a better diagnosis, a responsible next move, and the willingness to adapt.
